My thanks to
oakenguy for putting up this article from the Post
Are we really that unaware? There was a time when my daily walks were a chance to focus on the beauty of the world around me. To center and reconnect myself with the larger web that I am part of. Outdoors, indoors, mall or park, there was something worth enjoying. Lately though I have been caught up in the mechanics of living too much. Time to change that.
Somewhere deep down inside is a gal who loves life. Who knows what joy and bliss is. She has been lost for a while. Luckily finding her shouldn't be too hard. I know where she lives. Joy is infectious too.
