Yea I really can't ever get into diet mode myself, and i hate setting goals because well, as you said.. if you don't set them, you can't fail yourself. (another reason I don't do new years resolutions, bleh)

I just try and make good decisions when choosing what to eat. Or when choosing to go work out, or even just for a walk. Every little bit does help. take steps instead of escalator/elevator, Park further from the mall or grocery store. And so on.

And if I want to be lazy some time, I do it. If I want those cookies, I eat them.
