Vegas hotel update

ust double checking guys - I called Nicole and here is the information you will need to book a room at the Trop. Keep in mind this does not include tax but they will waive the resort fee for us. You can either pay the minimum one night fee which is like 60.00 now and the rest later or you can pay it all up front. You can email Nicole to reserve a room or call her if you prefer.I am sooooooooo excited!! I cannot wait to see you all there.

            Please keep in mind the rates may change until we make the reservation and the above rates do not include tax. If you find a lower rate, I will price match as well as long as I can verify that rate. A benefit to booking with me directly is that your resort fee is waived, you do not need to pay the entire reservation in advance and you have my personal assistance. Can I assist you with that today? I only need the following information, per room, to make the reservation. The easiest way to get all the reservations in is to forward this to all the attendees and then they can contact me directly. You can also make a master list and send it all to me at once. I try to make it as easy as possible!
