The first necessary thing I would like to talk about is your Mental Self. This to me seems like the easiest of the three to keep healthy but as I really look into it I realize that all is not as easy as it seems. Yes, keeping yourself educated and learning new things is easy but there is another side to this aspect. You must also work on those thoughts that lead to downward spirals or hurt you. Things like "i will never succeed" "i look like hell" "I can't do this" are all part of that mental aspect. Are you one of those people who need to feed your mental self? Do you feel stuck in cycles in your head that don't seem to go anywhere? Can you tell me 10 things you like about yourself? 25? 50? Now would be a good time to free your mind from the constraints we put on it in the name o humility or saving others feelings. What about your feelings? Let your mind feed your heart. Everyone will be the better for it.

Tell me the tools you use to help keep your mind in good health. Share them with others who may need extra help.

Give me 25 things you like about yourself. Not the things that others tell you they like but the things you like. There is no ego in liking you. Share those things you enjoy so we can too because let's face it - nobody knows you like you.
