He reminds you that sometimes you need to cross barriers, to take risks, to go beyond the boundaries of conventional behavior to learn and grow. Do not fear the inner power and strength of being alone. You will need them to cross those sometimes painful boundaries. Know your darkest places and there you will find courage.
