(no subject)

Good morning. Snow not as bad as I thought but still not good. Wish me luck getting in. To top it off I have no voice today. Lessons in quiet observation begin now it seems.
Today's spirit cards is - Ant- If Ant appears in your card today the lesson is patience. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Wait for the real reward. Also Ant medicine says respect the natural rythym of things. Do not rush but go with the flow of life today.

Sounds like a very easy going day if I let it be. Lets hope so.

silence

Everyone has now left for the club. Mike Xp and his girl did not show (too other focused is my guess. :) w00t for the pretty girl) and here I am in silence. I shall endeavor not to enjoy this too much. I love having people here and I loved seeing Megan( not enough of that ever)and it goes without saying that mike xp is always a welcome sight, but a little quiet is a good thing too.
Day two of SBD and I am keeping up with it. My biggest cravings are for something, anyting sweet. I will have to go out and get the sugar free goodies that are okay in phase 1.
So today I walked with ant. How did that do? Not bad. I let things flow as their wont and the day was mostly hassel free.
Well that is mostly it for the day. Time to go indulge in a little reading and cheesy tv show I will not listen to. I hope everyone has a great time.
