Yesterday in the mail I received yet more forms from the state to fill out so I can enroll in the Mass. Insurance. This is what is holding up my approval they tell me.

It is a form to list all the children in my house under the age of 16.
And it came with my daughters birth certificate attached.

You mean the reason I don't have health insurance is because I did not list my 17 year old daughter on your form for kids under 16?!?
